Air Venture Fly-in and Open House
Please volunteer to man the Memphis Belles booth/table or just come out to
support the activities. Please come in your pilot, mechanic, etc. uniform to
interact with children, etc. at the booth. Otherwise, please wear your
Memphis Belles polo shirt. Some activities include static displays, live bands, food, a poker
run and flying competitions. This event will serve as a
major fundraiser for the Memphis Belles as the Poker Run proceeds will be
donated to the Memphis Belles. A special thanks to Capt. Hammerton and AirVenture.

It is not too early to pay chapter dues for next year (Jun'08-May'09).
Please submit $24 per adult member to our P.O. box listed below. Also,
you can pay at any MB meeting.-

Chapter elections are fast approaching us.
For those interested in running for office, the following positions
(Pres, VP, Treasurer & Secretary) will be available in addition to committee
chairs. Please consider serving in the capacity of an officer or
committee chair. The commitments span one year from June '08 through
May '09. You will be allowed to self nominate.
Also, a nominating committee of 1-2 people is needed. Please think
about serving in this very important capacity which lasts only for a short
time. You will be needed in April and May.
Please feel free to respond to this e-mail if you are interested in any
of the positions.
